Q: How do I check in for my Scheduled Flights?
A: If you have scheduled flights booked as part of your Scotland's Cruise Centre package, you will be able to check in online via the airline website. Timescales to complete online check in vary depending on the airline and routing, we therefore recommend accessing your booking to find out the best time to check in. As a rule of thumb, you can access your booking around 10 weeks prior to travel.
To check in online you will need the ‘Airline PNR Reference’ displayed on your Scotland's Cruise Centre booking confirmation. The reference shown on your confirmation will show a carrier code at the start of the reference e.g. UA:CD4BXF, please drop the UA when entering the reference on the airline website.
If you prefer not to check in online that is also fine, you are able to check in at the airport.
Q: How do I check in with Low-Cost Airlines?
A: For low-cost airlines such as Easy Jet and Jet2, check in works a little differently, instead we will complete your check in to generate your boarding pass. To allow us to do this in good time we ask that you enter your passport details by visiting:
Advanced Passenger Information
To access your booking all you need is your BRK reference shown you Scotland's Cruise Centre booking confirmation.
Q: Can I check in for my Ryanair flight?
A: Ryanair have different requirements and unfortunately, we cannot complete the check in process for you. We will email you specific instructions on how to check in with Ryanair around 3 weeks pre departure.
