Accessing my flights

Q: How do I access my flight booking

A: If you have scheduled flights booked as part of your Scotland's Cruise Centre package, you will be able to access your flights on the airline website in the manage my booking section.  You will need the ‘Airline PNR Reference’ displayed on your Scotland's Cruise Centre booking confirmation.  The reference shown on your confirmation will show a carrier code at the start of the reference e.g. UA:CD4BXF, please drop the UA when entering the reference on the airline manage my booking section.

A: If you have flights included as part of a cruise line package, you may be able to access your flights in one of the following ways:

• Using the flight reference on your cruise line confirmation
• Using the cruise line’s verified link with the airline – If you don’t have this, please contact our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help
